NORTH HAMPTON, N.H.—Businessman and Republican contender Herman Cain will return to New Hampshire on July 21, state G.O.P. chair Jack Kimball said.
Mr. Cain will speak in Dover, Mr. Kimball said at the Rye Republican Family Fun event here.
